`Thousand Ideas for Baltic Sea` innovation course is highly fulfilling the strategies of Metropolia by strengthening regional development, developing sustainable development practices, and developing cooperation between Metropolia UAS and companies and other parties.

Tutoring

Tutors during academic year 2013-2014 are Principal Lecturer Antero Putkiranta, Industrial Management, Senior Lecturer Kaj Lindedahl, Environmental Engineering, Senior Lecturer Jaakko Ruuttunen, coordinator, Senior Lecturer Eeva Hara-Lindström, Media Engineering. More.

Project groups

The students from different fields of education form interdisciplinary groups of 3-4 people. Each student has a role in the group and the group work is managed by a project manager. Each student is assigned 10 ECTS equivalent to some 250 hours.contact us!

About Us

`Thousand Ideas of Baltic Sea` -course was started in September 2013 at Helsinki Metropolia UAS. It is an innovation project course, where students from different faculties and fields of education are welcome to enroll both for autumn and spring terms.
